• [In un'intervista pubblicata su MK Magazine, Donegan spiegò il significato del simbolo dell'album Believe] Non siamo una band religiosa. È più che tutto un simbolo spirituale. Volevamo prendere i quattro simboli religiosi e intrecciarli insieme per simboleggiare unità.

• [Dopo una rissa sul palco del Rolling Rock Town Fair avvenuta con i Finch, sul loro sito web apparve il comunicato] A coloro che hanno assistito o sentito dell'incidente di oggi al Rolling Rock Town Fair. Mentre ci stavamo sistemando [per l'esibizione], uno dei membri dei Disturbed, Dan Donegan, ci continuava ad assillare dal lato del palco. Prima di suonare, Randy (il nostro chitarrista) è andato da Dan a spiegare che i commenti fatti alcuni anni fa erano uno scherzo e a stringergli amichevolmente la mano. Dan a quel punto ha assalito Randy e il loro cantante, David Draiman, ha attaccato Mike Herrara (il nostro tecnico della batteria), il che ha causato lo scoppiò della rissa. Noi vogliamo che tutti sappiano che i Finch non hanno iniziato questa lotta.

To anyone who either witnessed or heard about today's incident at the Rolling Rock Town Fair. While we were setting up, one of the members of Disturbed, [guitarist] Dan Donegan, was harassing us from the side of the stage. Before we were to play, Randy (our guitarist) walked over to Dan to explain that the comments he made a few years ago were a joke, and to give him a friendly handshake. Dan proceeded to assault Randy and Disturbed's singer, David Draiman, attacked Mike Herrara (our drum tech), which caused a fight to ensue. We want everyone to know that Finch did not start this fight. However, we do not take kindly to being assaulted or having our lives threatened. We would like this little conflict to be resolved as soon as possible, but we will not give in to bullying bands threatening us or our fans.
