- [I diritti umani divenuti spesso diritti dei soli esclusi dalla comunità politica] si fa la stessa cosa che le persone caritatevoli fanno con i vestiti vecchi: si danno ai poveri. Quei diritti che sembrano inutili a casa loro vengono spediti all'estero insieme alle medicine e agli abiti, a persone prive di medicine, di abiti e di diritti. È così che i diritti dell’uomo diventano i diritti di chi non ne ha, i diritti di nudi esseri umani soggetti a una repressione disumana e a condizioni di vita disumane. Diventano diritti umanitari: i diritti di coloro che non possono attuarli, delle vittime della negazione assoluta di ogni diritto.[1]
